Overview Rugby is one of the most
exciting and
effective tools for working with corporate human potential: colleagues from the same company, with different roles, ages and genders, get involved in a journey under the banner of the basic principles of Rugby and fun.
Rugby is used as a metaphorical model for "teamwork" because it is a sport where
the spirit of sacrifice and cooperation are fundamental to achieving goals.
Its principles
(motivation, advancement, support, teamwork, leadership, tenacity, result tension, fellowship) are basic to any team, and the organizational model on which it is based can be effectively applied to the world of work.
The program was created in collaboration with professionals with many years of experience in the field of corporate and sports training in order to facilitate the transposition of what was experienced in the field into corporate language.
The goal is to
enhance the strengths of the group, overcome difficult moments with greater ease, improve the quality of work and the business climate to achieve better results.
Target audience Suitable for teams that need to achieve challenging goals, with high time pressure and the need to integrate and better enhance the contributions of individuals.
Rugby field experience, seen by many as something distant and almost unattainable for reasons of age, gender and physical condition, once done instead allows one to trigger a profound change on individual opinions and beliefs and to operate on one's identity within the work group.

Some strengths - Field training conducted by International level Athletes who bring their direct experience gained with Club teams and/or the Italian National team
- Training conducted by one or more Trainers, with real experience in creating and leading Teams, who apply tools and content transmitted in their daily lives
- Experiential learning methodology, which combines "classroom" moments with simulations and practical exercises, created ad hoc, to develop to learn new skills
- Transfer to the company of the experience and methodologies applied by working with sports teams, at national and international level, where the pressure on time and results takes on very high levels
- Possibility of complete customization and personalization of the program
- Definition of a plan of action and implementation in daily life that maintains the effect over the long term
Course structure One-day workshop, subsequent follow-up appointments (half-day each or customizable as needed) approximately one and a half/two months apart.
